All prices are in Danish kroner (DKK). If your purchase is subject to VAT, it will appear on the order confirmation. ENIGMA reserves the right to change prices without prior notice or consent. Reservations are made for sold-out tickets, where there may be a capacity limitation.
When buying day tickets, annual passes, and guided tours, you can pay with Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard and MobilePay. Payment is deducted when the ticket is purchased. Reservations are made for price errors.
When purchasing a school course, an invoice is received after the school course has ended. The payment deadline is 14 days from the invoice date.
ENIGMA will send an order confirmation to your email address when your purchase is completed. Purchased day tickets, annual passes, guided tours, and school courses are received in the form of a QR code, which is delivered in a separate email. The QR code can be printed or scanned directly from the email on arrival at ENIGMA.
Day tickets are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Annual cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. School courses can be purchased a maximum of 12 months before the day of the visit.
Pursuant to the "Consumer Contracts Act § 18 subsection 2 no. 12", tickets, annual passes and guided tours purchased online are not covered by the right of withdrawal.
Confirmed school courses can be canceled up to 7 days before the day of the visit. Notice must be given per email to salg@enigma.dk with a clear indication that the right of withdrawal is to be used.
Fees are non-refundable.
ENIGMA does not assume responsibility for errors or delays in delivery due to technical problems with the customer or errors in the email address provided by the customer.
Day tickets are a bearer certificate, and the customer is responsible for any misuse of tickets purchased online.
The general rules of the Danish Court apply with the restrictions listed below, including that ENIGMA cannot be held liable for indirect or derivative losses such as transport costs. The scope of ENIGMA's liability is limited in amount, so that ENIGMA may be obliged to pay a maximum amount to the customer corresponding to the amount the customer should pay or have paid for the defaulted service (s) under the agreement.
